N M Rao, MBBS, MD, AIFSC (Cardiology), is the Chairman and founder of the Rector Healthcare. A Senior physician and fellow in cardiology, he has more than four decades of clinical experience. He has been a sole proprietor of a multispecialty hospital which developed from a nursing home in the Marathwada region of Maharashtra. A well-respected physician, Secretary of the SWAR Doctor’s association, PCMC region, his wisdom and experience are a guiding light for RECTOR.

Dr. Beri is an expert in Public Health Development with an acumen for Strategy and Business development. She is a Clinical Microbiologist trained in Infectious Diseases, Lab Medicine (Molecular Diagnostics, Virology, and Clinical Pathology), hospital & lab quality & accreditation, and is experienced in public health and health diplomacy.
As CEO, RECTOR Healthcare, she provides strategic guidance for business and managerial policies, harmonizes operations, and leadership towards the realization of the vision of the Board of Directors. She has more than a decade’s experience of working in diverse healthcare settings viz. private & public healthcare organizations, public health programs, clinical trials, and research. She has also served the Ministry of Health, Government of India and the US government as a Health Advisor.
Her vision is to make reliable healthcare accessible and affordable for all. She believes that technology can unify healthcare beyond the boundaries of traditional hospital and clinic set-up. She is working towards building a Reliable Healthcare Organisation (RCO) at RECTOR.

Dr. Prajwal Rao, MBBS, MD, DM, Co-founder and Director of Medical Services, Rector Healthcare is a Consultant Neurologist with over 20 years of experience in the medical field both in the public and private sector. Post DM, he has been working as a Neurologist for over 10 years. He has a special interest in Neuro-rehabilitation with an aim to improve the quality of life of patients of Neurological deficits using Assistive Technology. He has worked extensively with Critical Care as well as Outpatient Neurology.
